This special design not only has curved sides, but they are flared with a wider opening at the top to help reduce and thicken sauces. Once you have made a thick, creamy sauce, the rolled lip allows you to pour the hot ingredients out of the pan easily and safely. The aluminium and copper core distributes heat evenly, giving you much more control over the temperature and therefore the desired cooking result. Perfect balance between form and function with the copper/aluminium core and modern brushed and hollow stainless steel handles that are easy to maintain and stay cold throughout the cooking process. Lid sold separately. Diameter 28 has an extra handle on the left.
